    Hotel was great and very elegant and I appreciated the food there, it was fresh. The rooms were luxurious, perfect, came with high end furnishings and twin beds, for example. Everything was great, but a few employees were poor. Fantastic location and overall the staff was wonderful.

    the location was exceptionally nice as for me, short walk to the restaurants, all major malls and the services. it also was away from the japanese restaurant. my fairmont queen room was great value and well-organised with king beds.

    Some of the staff were unprofessional.

    We loved the spa services, and the creative culinary team always kept us pleased with a variety of tasty dishes. Our stay in the Fairmont Queen Room was very comfortable, and the staff promptly fulfilled our requests.

    In my wife's opinion, there should be better entertainment options for families, like evening shows or kids' activities.

    The Fairmont King Non Smoking room was spacious and super comfy. Loved the mattress, it seemed like sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom was also huge and had everything I needed. The attention to detail was great, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout. No complaints at all!

    I loved how spacious and well-designed my room was, complete with a walk-in closet and a huge bathroom! Plus, the luxurious spa was a highlight for me. My massage was very nice and so relaxing. The complimentary bath salts were a lovely touch too. For a unique twist, check out the free valet parking, pretty rare these days.
